Error 5011

I am trying to set up a canon MX712 but as soon as i turn it on it come us 5011

Greetings. That normally results from cartridge carriage jam. You can try and look for obstructions using a flash light (provided it is not a failing carriage motot). Unfortunately this error code is offer considered a "Service Call" code if a simple printer restart does not clear it.
