The 'overview Scan' Works But The Final Document Output Is A Black Page
My MX410 has been working fine. Recently I scanned a document and the 'overview scan' showed the document had been scanned. I then selected the 'scan' button. The MX410 appeared to scan the document. The final PDF output was a blank black colored page. Also tried this with jpg document and teh same result. Tried turning on and off the printed but with no success.
