Pc/ Pixma Hookup.

New Canon Pixma 6620 cannot see my PC using usb connection. I had to get help to get it to print from the PC by WiFI.. Now I am trying to use the scanner. The software is in place, but the PC and printer do not see each other.I am on Windows 10.

The problem is that your printer does not yet fully support Win10. You can if you choose easily revert to Win7 or Win8. See http://www.pcworld.com/article/2960692/windows/how-to-uninstall-windows-10-and-go-back-to-windows-7-or-8.html#tk.nl_pwr. Should you do so, you can download the correct driver here. Good luck!
