How To Get Printer To Print Blue And Yellow.

I have done everything possible.... all the cleanings removed the print head soaked in cleaning solution, my ink cartridges are all full and now it does not print blue and yellow every other color is printing fine!!!

The exact same thing happened to me and I did everything it suggested and nothing helped. I remembered an old trick I had found to make the ink cartridges on an old printer work so I thought I would give it a try on this one. Just take the cartridge out that is giving you problems and use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol or fingernail polish remover and wipe over clean the little metal contact points on the cartridge and also the contact points where it sits in the printer. Put the cartridge back in and viola! It should work. I have had to do this a few times now. Good Luck!
