When Printing, Paper Only Feeds In A Quarter Of The Way And Then Stops.

But I can still hear cartridge printing. I hit reset and the paper pops out normally with about an eighth of the task done. Bottom line is it only feeds in a little when I hit print then does not feed in any more. Help
