Computer Does Not Recognize The Printer
windows 7 computer-disc was loaded now the computer does not even show the printer-usb cable is connected

Since you have reinstalled Windows 7, I would recommend you to reinstall the printer software. You can download latest version of printer software from the link mentioned below that might help you resolve the issue. Before you start installation ensure that correct Operating System has been selected.
