How Do I Scan A Document Into My Computer I Have A Windows 10 Computer And A Can
i put a a document in the printer and press scan but it dose not scan into the computer.how do i scan a document into the computer i have a windows 10 computer and it is online because it dose print stuff off the computer

The likellhood is that you should use the scan function from the PC. This will be explained in the cd rom manual supplied. There is a startup guide downloadable here:

Opening the printing system on the PC you should find an option for scanning. This allows you to configure the page size etc which you want to scan. One is able to print as they are both on the same network. However there may not be communication from the printer to the PC to enable the 'scan to' option.

I recommend using the paint program. All you have to do is open up paint, make sure the USB cable is connected from the scanner to your computer. In paint click on File and go down to From scanner or camera and a dialog box should pop up, now click the drop down box to select your scanner, choose a type of scanning option, click preview and once that is done, click on scan. See pictures for more detail.
