My Camera ( Pc1468) Keeps Shutting Off Randomly??

So I've had my camera for about a year and half now and it was fine until recently. Like whenever I turn it on it just randomly keeps shutting off? And it's telling me to change settings? I'm so confused and I wasn't my camera to work! What am I supposed to do?
