Had Ink Cartridges Recharged. Now, My B & W Print Is Grainy, Color Is Fine. ?

I take it you mean you had your cartridges refilled. The answer is that one or both refills were not properly effective. Refilling is always risky, as is uing an off-brand or remanufactured cartiridge. Canon advises using only OEM cartirdges (new cartridges mauractured by Canon).
