how do I reset my calculator? It's in M1

I have searched the Canon site and there does not appear to be anything re the F-710. I would suggest taking out the battery and that may involve removing the back cover. That should show the battery if it is not removable externally. It also could be soldered. Obviously that would invalidate the warranty. Try that and leave for about 10-15 mins to allow power to drain away before putting the cover back on. As I have said I have not found a reset function.

Hi. I could not preview this manual online probably because it is in an image format. Download it and open it locally using a pdf reader to avail the best reset or mode switch walk though.
