Cannot Get Scanned Page

I previewed document and reviewed it.Then pressed "scan" button; says it acquired file, but it will not let me view the scanned file, nor save it in My Documents. Running Windows 7, 64 bit I just downed driver,but that did not make it work. Have been using scanner successfully until now.

I recommend using the scanning software on your computer instead of pressing the scan button on the scanner. This way you'll have complete control over where the scan is saved.
