Got The Pcc-cp300 Will Not Wk

it seemse that the above credit card cassette will not wk with the cp510 printer. It fits but it tells me wrong ink and paper was i told wrong at the time when i ordered the cassette for the creditcard paper? is there a nother ink cartridge what will fit the cp510 for the credit card cassette?
