2009 Srx Transmission Shifting Problems Into High-gear

The problem is while driving at ~45 MPH or higher and the transmission starts shifting up and down while on the highway.  This appears to be shifting from 4th to 5th.  The dealer does not know or is not disclosing?  Please offer your thoughts on this issus.  Thank you!  Thank you!
