Trans Idle Hot Engine

Hi, I have this shown on the CID of my Cadillac SRX 2004 3.6L "Trans Idle Hot Engin". Also am have problems with start up engine since I have change the battery of the vehicle. Is having a earth starting kindly advise on this. The vehicle is in Africa. Thank
