2000 Cadillac Deville, No Horn, Cruise, Blower, Etc.

Please, just looking to see if anyone else has had this proble ,just got this car, blower motor will not work, no horn, no cruise, no wipers!! Is there a single relay that control all these that I can replace? (I hope!).   Thanks
