My Car Won't Start..replaced Starter And Battery..tried To Boost It..nothing.

just makes a clicking sound WEN I turn the ignition on..wat culd it be

one thing you might want to do is make sure all connectors are tight, both at battery, and the starter,then make sure all ground wires are grounded correctly.
