Car Alarm Doesn't Let My Car To Turn On

I left my car on and the battery died. I opened my car and I put my key in the ignition to turn it on, it did not turn on. When I jumped started it, the car alarm went of and did not let me ignite the car. The problem is I dont have a remote.
