1998 Cadillac Catera Starting Problems

I have a 98 catera I've had for 2 yrs been doing fine up till November 2012 it has 80,000 actual miles.I went out one day and it wouldnt start,it turned over fine,the starter is ok went out the next morning and started fine went to town been starting fine the whole time came home then next day it wouldn't start.Now some times it'll start and some times it won't so now I'm scared to go any where,any idea what might be wrong with it.I would greatly appreciate any infomation you could give me.Thanks Mary
