Visa Vanilla Giftcard

My name is Melodi Spair. I rec'd a Visa Vanilla giftcard for $25.00 from a coworker on Dec 17, 2014. The purchaser is also an employee of CVS in Laguna Beach store #9591, her name is Dana Delamater. I tried to use the card shortly after I rec'd it but it would not work. I then called the number on the back of the card and they told me that the card had not been properly activated. They said that I needed to go to the store and get the journal tape from the date of purchase. Dana said that she purchased the card at her store from either Kevin or someone with a foreign name (she couldn't remember), at approx. 4-5pm on Dec 17, 2014 I in turn went to the store, spoke to Liz, one of the Managers, who told me that she had limited access to this information and for me to call your customer support which I have tried and tried, again with no resolve, now it is closed. First of all I don't want Dana to be out the $25.00 and I would like the card to work. The card exp date of 2/21 and the security code on the back is 602.
