The Medicine Bottle You P/u At Pharm. Where Is The Date Shown On The Bottle To B

picked up for re-fill. Example I called in a re-fill 0n 12/17 to be pickup on 12/18. On the bottle it says 12/19 for re-fill. I was un-able to p/u on 12/18, so I p/u on 12/l9, which was the date on the re-fill bottle. Person at window stated medicine was not ready. I question why not they had since 12/17, He returned stating it could not be p/u because the p/u date was 12/21 because this a controlled substance. (Xanax 0.25 mg.) I ask to speak to the manager, when he came I told him I had no idea that the date on the bottle was different for the p/u. He said I could p/u Monday 12/21. I told him thank and left. I went back on Monday 12/21 @ 1.30pm, Ask for my medicine the person at the window said I did not have one. What was the medicine I told him the story, and that the manager assured me I could p/u it Monday morn. Again I ask for the manager. He come looking for a fight I'm a 72 yr old woman I don't fight never have. Back to the manager He said I told you to call for us to fill the presc., I said you had the re-fill presc. that I had already called in, why would I have to call again, and beside that you never told me to call in. He stood there and told me he had told me to call, in other words he call me a liar to my face. He is the deal I'm leaving CVS I have been there for a long time.I don't do business with people who dis-respect me.I think I've run out of room.
