What is the Buy.com return and refund process?
I need to return my items to Buy.com and I can't get anybody on the phone to help. Does anyone know how the Buy.com return and refund process works?

According to the website you need to look up the order and file a Return Authorization. You may read more at http://www.buy.com/loc/return-policy/67219.html
As far as refunds go, just file a complaint with PayPal or contact your bank or credit card and do a chargeback. Otherwise it looks like they promise one and you do not recieve it.
