2010 Buick Larosse Engine Rod Knocking

2010 buick larosse engine rod knocking . do i have to remove the engine to replace the rod bearings? will i have to replae the rod(s) as well as the bearings?

Most likely the rod bearing and no you do not necessarily have to replace the rods. However, if it is too late and the rob bearing has spun, then a crank may be needed and this will mean taking out the engine.
