Why Does The Fuse Block Under The Back Seat Go Out?

My fuse block just went out. What makes it go out? What percent does this happen to 2008 Lucernes? I tried to start my car one morning, it wouldn't start. There was no warming I would have trouble. I was out of state, on vacation when it happened. Please help me and give me information. It happened on a Sat., I couldn't get it fixed until Tues.
