Problems Jump Starting 2007 Lucerne

I accidentally left my accessory key on all night and cannot start my car. We tried jump start using the fuse panel and when that didn't work we put the battery charger on the battery under the back seat. Is there a fuse or some breaker that may cause this problem?

No, the battery will need some charging to jump start unless the boost battery is very new & high cca amps. If your battery is very old it might pay you to have it tested to assure you don't have a dead cell.
