2000 Buick Cruise Control Works Intermittently

Which fuse, relay or breaker effect cruise control operaton? Just stopped working one day. Sometimes it will work and sometimes not. I touched all the fuses under the hood and it worked great for a day. Where can I get a parts fiche or componet location diagram
