Buick Riviera Fuel Line Replacement

Is there a video that explains how to replace the preasurized fuel line by the fuel rail. It is spraying across the under side of hood so I think it is the return line.  Some have cut it out and replaced with fuel line and double clamped. Will this work. Any advice.  L.
