What Does An Oil Engine Cooler Llook Like And Where Is It?

I don't think your car came with an engine oil cooler. They are mostly an aftermarket item used for vehicles that take a lot of abuse. Muscle cars and trucks that do a lot of trailer towing are the best examples.

It is usually located between the front bumper and the radiator. That's the best location, since there is air coming in from the open grille area to cool the oil flowing through the setup.

You can buy one at most auto parts stores for around $100 to $150. Here's what an aftermarket kit looks like:
