Engine Misses

My 95 Le Sabre has started running very rough. I have changed and checked the spark plugs, wires, and I have not found any vaccum leaks. A couple of week ago it did the exact saething until I put on a new muffeler and a new catylitic converter. The it ran fine for a couple of weeks. Now it is running rougher that ever. I notice most when I am at an idle or when I slightly have my foot on the gas, when I floor the gas the engine does not heitate. What coul theis be?
