Antenna Mast

i replaced my antena and there was 3 wires there that i cut a white one a gray one and a green one, and when i cut them my radio, my door locks, trunck lock, and my interior lights stop working. i connected the wires back together but they still dont work. ive ruled out it being a fuse.
