Replacing Power Steering Pressure Hose

Does anyone know how to go about replacing the pressure hose for my power steering on a 1994 Buick Century Custom? I have the new hose and can see where the two ends connect but am not able to get a wrench down to the connector at the actual steering colom? Any help would be greatly appriciated!
