How Do I Install A New Bobbin Winder Shaft And Tire In My Machine?

I am in search of how to install a new bobbin winder shaft and tire. I had to replace the bobbin winder tire and can not seem to figure out how to put it back together so i am looking for a diagram or someone to assist me in how to put it together.
