Unable To Complete Cleaning Process

i AM USING THE MANUAL ON HOW TO CLEAN THE PRINTER. IT STILL WON'T OPERATE. SAYS,'UNABLE TO PRINT - SEE TROUBLESHOOTING MAINTENANCE CHAPTER' I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS AND STILL WON'T OPERATE. wHAT ELSE SHOULD i DO???
