Black Ink On Faxes Doesn't Work
I CAN'T GET THE BLACK INK TO DISPENSE. THE COLORS WORK BUT NOT THE BLACK. I HAVE CHANGED THE INK CARTRIDGES AND CLEANED THE NOZZLE HEADS. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?
