Hl-5450dn Airprint Out Of Paper Problem
I have a Brother HL-5450DN printer. I can print to it from all of my laptops and desktops, but when I cannot print from my iPad via AirPrint.
The iPad sees the printer, but when it sends the data to the printer, the printer gives me out of paper status lights (solid yellow and orange LEDs on the paper and error LEDs, respectively). It sends this information back to the iPad which tells me the same thing.
The problem is that the tray is full! I have removed some paper, added some paper, changed the paper, and nothing works. I have printed from other computers before and after the error with no problems, so this seems to isolated to the iPad and AirPrint. Any help???

Brother Support was able to answer my question. It turns out that I had the manual feed set as my default paper input. When AirPrint looked for paper and the manual feed tray was empty, it was telling me what it saw. When I set the default paper source to Tray #1, everything worked great.
