White Screen With Red Cross Will Not Change
radio was working well. Then started displaying a white screen with a red cross that moves about if i touch it. Reverse camera is still displayed on screen if car is in reverse. However can't get the radio back to normal mode

How do you reset boss bv9370b?
The "Enter" button and the "reset" button are not included in steering wheel, press the "enter" button to confirm the select, press the "reset" button to clear the former select.
