Bose Qc2 Noise Cancelling
Purchased used QC2 headphones.The noise cancelling function does not work as well as anticipated. Has a 2nd party cable with no hi/lo switch. Battery is new and light comes on.

It's hard to respond to your question, as you didn't ask one! It seems you're not satisfied with your purchase in the respect you describe. That being the case, your best choice is probably to return the product to the retailer (if it's soon enough). Otherwise you can see if the problem is covered by the manufacturer's warranty-call Bose at 800-999-2673.
