Is Bose Qc15 Or 3 Compitable With The Galaxy S Iii ??

Hi Is Bose qc15 or 3 compitable with the galaxy s iii ?? Which one is better ?? Please answer because I'm really exited about it , and I'm going to buy it soon thank you

I prefer the qc15 because it has crisp and punch tones which I really like.It has a 3.5 mm headphone jack which means it is compatible with the S3
