Refurbish Or New Cd/receiver For Lifestyle 25 Series Ii Home Theatger System

My name is Charles Lucas, Jr. I purchased a Lifestyle #25 Series II Home Theater System in November of 1999. Before that I had a Bose 360 Turntable , Bose Direct/Reflex Speakers with Receiver. I have both and they are still working. I am moving and I now have a problem with the actual 25 Series CD/Receiver; I cannot get my CD's out of the receiver. The six CD cartridge will not eject and I can't play any of the CD's at all. I would like to know if you could repair it and how much would it be. S/N 023245C9257 0214A was the Number on my Home Theater System. I really love your products and would like to get this fixed or replaced.  Please get back to me as soon as you can. Best regards, Charles Lucas, Jr. [email protected]

I had the exact same problrm with my lifestyle 2500 system about two years ago. I sent it to one of the authorized Bose repair centers. It was about $140 for service plus $25 shipping. I've moved since then and have no idea if the paperwork still exists. I will sort through the online repair shops in hope to recognize the outfit. I will repost info if I'm able to come up with a name.
