How To Remove Grey Panel On Bosch Wtv76100us Stackable Dryer?

in order to clean the condenser on this dryer there is a white panel I can open on the bottom left of the dryer front. but when I open this panel there is a grey plastic piece which I cant remove to get to the condenser. you tube videos show that after opening the white panel that there are 2 levers to move to open the next panel & the videos show the next panel as white not grey. my panel has no levers & its grey.
