Dryer Is Not Getting Warm Enough

Dryer is only getting warm not hot. Technican suggested replacement of the heating element at a cost of $370. New dryer is $1000. Should I get a new dryer or repair?

Repair is more cost effective if done correctly. (You have to judge how much trust you have in the technician.) There are other possible causes.
