i tryed the drain trpe and drain houes still geting e13 code and will not drain

The error code 13 means that the drain time has exceeded limits. And it is telling you the pump is not working or is clogged up. You need to clean the water drainage pipe and/or drain hose.
But the best option I can give is to call a service tech. Most Bosch machines have a cleanout but your model does not seem to offer a means of cleaning the lint filter on the pump.
Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Any work performed by unauthorized personnel may void the warranty.
Please contact your installer or the Authorized Service Contractor in your area and explain to them why you are not satisfied. This will usually correct the problem. If after working with your installer or service technician the problem still has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may call at this number: 1 800 944 2904.
And provide the following information:
