Soap Dispenser Does Not Open During Wash Cycle
cycle runs water only and dishes not cleaned due to dispenser not opening during wash cycle. Is their a recall on this part? If not I would like info to troubleshoot problem. Machine is only 3 years old approximately and lightly used as we hand wash a lot of dishes and have a small family

There do not appear to be any recalls. RepairClinic recommends that you consider replacing the dispenser (follow the link for details). You can purchase a replacement from that site.
