Fills Up Will Not Wash
New install fills will run for about a min. Then beeps and stops running. Will beep a few time once every min. Then shuts down and will not empty.

I suggest you call warranty repair so they can fix your washer at no charge. That being said, this is a common fault with the dishwasher and it means that your relay control board under the tub along the right side has failed and needs to be replaced. If the unit is less than 5 years (which I'm sure it is), then you will need to call Bosch because the control board part itself is warrantied for 5 years, I think.
