Machine Is Not Filling With Water

My dishwasher is not filling with water. Called a technician, he checked it and advised me to buy a new pc board. Did that, he replaced it and the problem was not solved. Than he cleaned the motor and a filter and the machine was working for 3 times. Than the same problem started again. Sometimes it's working without any problem and than it starts again. I have to restart the machine various times, open the door, close the door, start again. You hear the machine working but it's not filling with water. The trick what seems to work is to open the door during the beginning of the cycle and close it very hard again. Than sometimes it start filling with water. Please help
