Bosch Dishwasher She4am16uc/05 Rinse Agent Light Is Flashing

Bosch dishwasher mod: SHE4am16uc/05 nothing will run. The only power indication is a flashing rinse agent light no pattern. Just flashes over and over. I have replaced the control panel no help. I have cleaned all screens that I know of. please help. My mom is older and needs this to work. Thank you so much.
