Dishwasher Problems

my Bosch she3ar56uc/16 dishwasher locked up on me yesterday it powers on and lights up but none of the buttons will work I have tried resetting the unit and I'm plugging plugging it back in checking all the plugs to make sure everything is plugged in there is no clogs and the rinse aid is full I don't know why it's doing this
