Food Stuck Between The Glass & Interior 'grate?'. No Way To Clean It Out.

I have a Bosch hmb3051u and food has been getting stuck between the glass & grates in the door. I've never had a microwave that was open in such a way as to allow this to happen. I have racked my brain & tried everything to try to get at what is stuck and sprayed all over the glass from the inside, but can't solve this problem. It looks horrible now and we are selling our house w/ appliances. People keep commenting on how dirty the microwave is. I don't know what to do.
