Disconnect Instructions For Bosch Dual Fuel Oven Pressure Regulator
I need to install a natural gas pressure regulator in a Bosch dual fuel range model HD17282U/03. However, I need instructions as to how to disconnect the old regulator so that I can install the new one. The regulator attaches to a horizontal metal plate with 2 screws in the bottom rear of the range. The horizontal metal plate is attached to a vertical metal backing plate.I tried to bend the horizontal metal plate upwards to reach the screws, but it seemed like I would have to use a lot of force possibly breaking the metal plate. Therefore, it appears that the entire vertical backing plate must be disassembled to reach the 2 screws holding the regulator.Is that the case or is there an easier way to detach the 2 screws holding the regulator? Please see the image for more detail.
