Hbn3550uc Temperature Settings

How do you check temperature settings for each oven without oven going back to default setting?  Exm: When cooking a beef tenderloin at 425 in the lower oven and some other items in the top oven at 375, I switched from from the lower oven to the upper oven to lower the temp to 325.  When I switched back to the lower oven, it had defaulted back to the 350 setting instead of still reading the 425 original setting.  Is there a way to switch between the ovens to check the temps of each?  Each time that I try to do so, it seems to go back to the default.
