I Am In An Apartment With A Bosch Fridg/freezer Model B2ocs51sns/. The Fridge I
The fridge is not working when adjusting or setting temps. It is at room temp virtually now. Food is getting warm...can you help?

The cold control thermostat or a failed compressor are the most likely culprits.

This is probably the correct model # B20CS51SNS-01. If it is, do you hear a fan running in the freezer section? Open the freezer door, do you here a fan running. No? Depress the door light switch. Do you here the fan. Wait a minute or two. No fan running probably the evaporator fan motor. Here is the part number and site you can purchase it at. repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Evaporator-Fan-Motor/00601067/1385680 Check on youtube for video on how to replace a evap fan motor in a Bosch Side by Side refrigerator.
